My attitude towards life is positive and optimistic. I love to spread that optimism among others – which reflects in my teaching style. I offer an energetic, spiritual, caring and yet dynamic style of Hatha/Vinyasa yoga. Students are encouraged to explore their physical strength while focusing on the inner world inside of themselves.
The idea behind Deep Vibe Yoga is to support deep healing by linking the vibration of the music with Yoga asanas. A live DJ, my husband Martin, plays music to emphasise and deepen the Yoga asanas which are being taught by me, Marie. It is our goal that students experience inner balance, harmony and peace thanks to the in-depth vibrations of the music.
Listening to serene yoga music at bedtime is good for the heart, according to a recent study presented 2018 at the European Society of Cardiology congress. The research shows that heart rate variability increases during yoga music. The body’s heart rate changes as a normal response to being in “fight or flight” or “rest and digest” mode which together comprise the autonomic nervous system. High heart rate variability shows that the heart is able to adapt to these changes. Furthermore, anxiety levels fell significantly and participants felt significantly more positive after listening to yoga music.
